Your job is to keep two very busy founders organised and protected. It goes well beyond that, though. You are a real part of building the business.

Full executive support for Marisa Peer and John Davy. Diary, communications, travel, priorities. You are the person who makes sure everything runs.

You will plan and run events across Dubai and internationally. Intimate dinners to major brand moments. Many happen in the evenings or at weekends.

You will work with PR agencies to make sure Marisa and John are in the right rooms, in front of the right people, every week.

You will build relationships with government bodies, business communities, media, and partners on their behalf.

When a licensing opportunity comes up for the Marisa Peer or RTT brand, you pick up the phone. When something commercial crosses John's desk, you know the business well enough to help move it forward.

You will be present at events alongside John and Marisa. Capturing iPhone shots and short clips, doing basic editing, turning moments into social content. You don't need to be a professional. You need to show up and give it a go.

You will stay on top of AI tools. Not as a technologist, but as someone genuinely curious about what these tools can do and willing to learn how to use them well.

You are not just supporting the founders. You are an extension of them.

This is not a structured EA role with clear boundaries and a predictable calendar. Here's what it actually looks like.

The intensity is real

There will be weeks that take everything you have. Dubai doesn't slow down and neither do the founders. If you need predictable hours, this isn't the right fit.

The scope is always expanding

One week you're organising a major event. The next you're chasing a licensing conversation. The brief shifts. You need to shift with it.

You accompany, capture, create

You'll be at social and business events with John and Marisa. Capturing on iPhone, shooting short clips, doing basic editing. It's part of the job.

You are shaped by proximity

This is not a training programme. You learn by being in the room when decisions are made, and by being part of making them. That means staying sharp, observant, and switched on.

The person

A CV won't tell us what we need to know.
We want someone who already knows Dubai.

This is a full-time role for one person. Five or more years living and working in Dubai is a genuine requirement. Not a preference.

Current Priorities

  1. 1.Plan and manage a series of high-profile events for the Marisa Peer and RTT brand across Dubai, including liaising with government, venues, and sponsors.
  2. 2.Work with PR agencies to secure consistent media and speaking placements for Marisa and John across regional and international platforms.
  3. 3.Build licensing relationships for the Marisa Peer and RTT brands across the region: spas, wellness centres, corporate clients, and practitioners.
  4. 4.In the interview, you will be asked: What relationships do you already have in Dubai that could open doors for this business?
  5. 5.Come prepared with specific names, communities, and ideas. We want to see what you already bring to this role.
