You will keep two exceptionally busy founders organised, protected and moving at pace. Beyond that, you will be an active participant in building the business.
Full executive support for Marisa Peer and John Davy — diary, communications, travel, priorities. You are the person who makes sure everything runs.
You will plan and execute live events across Dubai and internationally — from intimate dinners to major brand moments.
You will work closely with PR agencies to ensure Marisa and John are in the right rooms, in front of the right people, every week.
You will build and manage relationships with government bodies, business communities, media, and partners on the founders' behalf.
When a licensing opportunity for the Marisa Peer or RTT brand arises, you will pick up the phone and have that conversation. When a commercial opportunity crosses John's desk, you will know enough about the business to help progress it.
You will keep pace with AI tools — not as a technologist, but as someone who leans in rather than away, and commits to learning how these tools make you and the people around you more effective.
You are not just supporting the founders. You are an extension of them.

You will be working directly alongside two founders with genuine global reach and a proven record.
Marisa Peer is one of the world's most recognised therapists, authors and speakers — the creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy, with a brand that reaches millions of people globally.
John Davy is an entrepreneur and investor operating across a portfolio spanning personal development, AI, media, certification and events — with 42 exits and 13 ventures currently in operation.
100+ countries reached through the current portfolio — customers, certified practitioners, and partners on every continent.
Built without debt. Every venture grown through organic reinvestment and strategic acquisition. Now expanding into Dubai — this role is at the centre of that expansion.
The role sits at the centre of both operations. The access is immediate. The work is real from day one.
You will be in the room. On the calls. In the city. From day one.
The honest bit
This is not a structured EA role with clear boundaries and a predictable calendar. Here is what it actually is.
There will be weeks that demand everything you have. Dubai is a 24-hour city and the founders operate at pace. If you need predictable hours and clear boundaries, this is not the right fit.
One week you are organising a major event. The next you are progressing a licensing conversation. The brief moves. You will need to move with it.
You will attend social and business events alongside John and Marisa. You will capture content on iPhone, shoot short clips, and do basic editing for social media. This is part of the role.
This is not a training programme. You will learn by being in the room when decisions are made — and being part of making them. That requires you to be sharp, observant, and always switched on.

The person
This is a full-time role for one person. Five or more years living and working in Dubai is a genuine requirement — not a preference.
